Good Morning!

We have an appointment with Kara's case worker tomorrow evening (July 28).  Ryan had said that she sounded very excited when he called...that is a plus in our direction!  Other plus is she is even going to stay late for us to meet with her!  She is working with us already!

Ryan talked with one of his bosses yesterday about renting the house right by his work, since they are the ones that own it.  She stated they normally do not rent to their employees because if for some reason they have to terminate that employee, they do not want them to destroy the house, but she in turned took him in to see the house.  She then said she had to talk to the other owner (her brother),  So I am keeping my fingers crossed they will make the exception for us.  We would not ask them to move in there just because we wanted to, we need too.  He did explain the situation.

We do have an appointment to see a brand new double wide for rent on Thursday.  We did drive by it last night and it does look nice and the park that it is in is small, but the only down fall is there is no yard.  We also did a drive by another home that looks really cute, has a small fenced in back yard, the only down fall on that is it would be like 45 minutes from where we live now and the rent is a little more then what we are looking for.  As I am writing this, got a call back about a house called about last night and it has been rented.  It's very fustrating.  I guess it fustrating because we under pressure and time frames here.
